• Restaurant or management experience or more education is generally preferred.
• Strong understanding of business management and accounting principles.
• Excellent computer, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to diffuse tense situations and resolve conflicts.
• Willingness to work during peak hours, including late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Effectively delegate responsibilities and maximize resources.
• Decisiveness.
• Ability to walk, stand, and occasionally carry heavy items in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
• Preference will be given to South African citizens.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R5 500,00 - R7 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Fourways, Rivonia, Sandton in Gauteng & Century City in Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Considered)

Education:

• High School (matric) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Barista: 1 year (Required)
